These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Greater Millville Chamber of Commerce ("GMCC") Text Message Alert Program ("Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
The Program sends SMS/MMS text messages to members and business owners who opt in, only in the categories they select, including member-to-member business deals and discounts, Chamber event reminders and registration deadlines, and Chamber news and advocacy updates.
How to Join
You may opt in by completing the sign-up form at gmcc-text-alerts.netlify.app, providing your mobile number, and checking the box confirming your consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of Chamber membership or of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies depending on Chamber activity and the categories you select. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel your participation at any time by texting "STOP" to any message you receive from the Program. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes to the Program
GMCC may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
